  • Disability Friends Club

    April 28th, 2010

There doesn’t seem to be many disability Friends clubs for people with mild/moderate learning difficulties in reading so I thought about creating one!

This disability friends Club is for young & old people aged between 18-100 who have mild learning difficulty and or a mild physical disability Members that are likely to live alone and live pretty independent lives.

The meet ups will normally be based in Reading town centre in pubs and coffee shops near to Reading bus and train station for easy accessibility. We’ll probably do things like bowling as well, but mostly we’ll just organize our meet-ups at local pubs or something and also we will also start a disability loan club Just for disabled members and organized day trips to various location, and have a picnic the park, etc.. also there is a membership fee £20 Pounds and membership Form I’ve created which I will print out and bring to the 1st meet up. http://disabilityfriendsclub.webs.com/
